Alexandru Crișan

I am an MSc student in Artificial Intelligence at Università della Svizzera italiana (USI Lugano), having previously completed my Bachelor’s degree in AI at Babeș-Bolyai University. My research interests center on Computer Vision, Computer Graphics, and Deep Learning Foundations.

My bachelor’s thesis on medical AI was conducted under the supervision of Diana Borza (now at Inria). This work led to our paper, “Post-Operative Glioma Segmentation via Loss Stabilization, Normalization and Subspace Attention”, published at ICANN 2026 with myself as first author.
